Having trouble downloading your music? Browse the FAQ's below for answers to your questions on the process for downloading your digital music files.

Listen to Audio Samples before purchasing... 1. You may listen to audio samples of Jose's songs by clicking on the play button to the left of song titles on the main Digital Download Store page, or ... 2. Click on the "Album" images to visit an individual album page and click on the play button to the left of the songs listed in the "Track Listing"


Purchasing Your Music:

1. Click on the "Add to Cart" link to the far right of the "Album" you are interested in.

2. You will be taken to your "Shopping Cart" that will list your selections. Click the PayPal button to begin the purchase process. Please note that for your convenience, the PayPal Checkout does not require a PayPal Account, you may proceed with entering your credit card information without having to login or register for a PayPal account.

3. After clicking the "PayPal" button you will be directed to the "Pay with Credit Card or Log In" page. Either enter your credit card information or enter your PayPal account login credentials. 4. After logging in or entering your credit card information you will be sent to a confirmation page to confirm your purchase.

5. Once you've completed your transaction you'll be automatically redirected back to the Digital Download Store where a "download" link will be displayed.

6. Click on the "download" link, this will take you to your personal download page, click the uppermost "download" link and your file will automatically start downloading or you will be asked to confirm the download, if so, select "yes" and designate where to save the file on your computer.

7. In addition to this you will receive an email with a unique link for your digital music file download. Either click the link in the email or copy and paste the url into an internet browser window. The "download" link will take you to your personal download page, click the uppermost "download" link on this page and your file will automatically start downloading or you will be asked to confirm the download, if so, select "yes" and designate where to save the file on your computer.


Listening to Your Music:

Your music download is compressed in a zip file. For Mac users your zipped file will automatically uncompress once you've downloaded your file. This file will be located in your "Downloads" folder. For PC users, depending on your system your file may automatically uncompress or you may uncompress the file using an unzip utility (ie. WinZip). If you do not already have an unzip utility you can download the following free program to uncompress your music file.
